How to store a link to an image of your credentials.
Create your document
scan the cards that you want to include as a single document or you can use the document sent to you directly from the NRA or USA Archery. PDF file format is highly recommended and is easy to print a file in this format. As part of the scanning process, you should get a choice as to what format you want the file.
– if you use the “Print your ID card” option from the NRA Instructor portal, it is already in pdf format just upload that file.
– if you use the “Resend Coach/Instructor certificate” option from USA Archery, it is already in pdf format also.
There are tools that you can use to combine pdf files into a single file. You can also print each one and scan them to produce a single file.
Upload your document
upload your document to a file sharing service like Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
Share your document
click on your uploaded document and share it. Common ways to do this is to select options that allow sharing to anyone who has a link. Copy the link.
Save the link in your credentials
paste the shared link into the input field in your credentials profile.
